As an Unlimited Car Wash Member, you can enjoy the benefit of being able to wash your car as often as you like. For a monthly fee as low as $37 per/mo. You can wash your car once a day, once a week or once a month…whatever is most convenient for you!

How do I buy a Monthly Unlimited Wash Club membership? I can’t find where to buy one on your website.

New Monthly memberships are only available for purchase at our Tunnel Car Washes.

Are the memberships per vehicle, or per household?

The memberships are one per vehicle. If you have two or more vehicles, then you will need a membership for each vehicle.

Do you offer a multi-car/family discount?

Not at this time.

I just signed up for a Monthly membership. Does this mean it’s for one month only?

Unlimited Wash Club Monthly memberships are designed to renew each month and be an automatic recurring charge to the credit/debit card on file, billed on the anniversary date of your original signup. However, if you only wish to participate for one month, please select the Cancel Unlimited Monthly Billing to Terminate or Suspend your membership. Cancellation must occur 7 days before the billing cycle begins.

I need to update my payment card on file with my membership(s). How do I do that?

Please email us and supply contact information. We will call you and be happy to update that for you over the phone. We do not currently have an online interface for our customers to update their card info, but it is coming in the future. If your membership status is currently Declined due to a bad card, you also have the option of updating the card at the car wash the next time you visit.

I bought a new car. Can I transfer my membership?

Yes. Take your new vehicle to one of our Tunnel Car Washes and provide your old tag number and let them know you’d like to transfer your membership to your new vehicle. They’ll want to reference the old tag number and they will get you set up with new tags for the new vehicle, and we’ll get your membership transferred! If the old tags went away with the old vehicle, or you do not otherwise have the old tag number, please email us at info@fasttrackcarwashoregon.com and leave contact information and we will give you a call to update your account.

I had my windshield replaced. How do I get new Tag Number?

If you recently had your windshield replaced and you need a new tag number, please visit one of our Tunnel Car Washes and let them know. They’ll want to reference the old tag number and they will get you set up with new tags for the new vehicle, and we’ll get your membership transferred! If the old tags went away with the old vehicle, or you do not otherwise have the old tag number, please email us at info@fasttrackcarwashoregon.com and leave contact information and we will give you a call to update your account.

1. Valid only at participating Fast Track car wash locations.

2. Valid for specified program services only. See program brochure for details. Additional charges may apply for other services.

3. Valid for one car wash per day for registered vehicle only.

4. Unlimited tag number for program must be placed by Fast Track on registered vehicles inside front lower driver’s side windshield with the number facing out.

5. Unlimited tag number cannot be placed behind tinted windshield glass or any other product that limits or restricts viewing of the sticker by Fast Track attendant. Vehicles with tinted front windshields are not eligible for program.

6. Valid credit/debit card required to participate in program. Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover-branded credit card each month.

7. The first charge to the customer will be on the date customer joins the program and recurring charges will be charged on the anniversary date each month thereafter.

8. In the event that you wish to cancel the program, please visit our website fasttrackcarwashoregon.com/go-unlimited/ and complete the Cancel Unlimited wash form. All cancellation requests must be received 7 days prior to the plan’s recharge date to prevent next payment from posting. Any other questions please email info@fasttrackcarwashoregon.com.

9. There are no partial month(s) refunds if you terminate before your monthly charge date.

11. In the event Fast Track is unable to charge a customer’s credit /debit card due to an expiration date on the credit/debit or other change in information, then the customer’s participation in the program will be suspended and his/her tag number de-activated five (5) days after the date of the unsuccessful charge.

12. Replacement tag number: customer must notify Fast Track car wash if registered vehicle’s sticker becomes damaged, is no longer visible, the vehicle is sold, or the windshield is replaced. Customer’s exclusive identification number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued upon replacement. Sticker will reflect the new customer number. Please stop by any Fast Track location to replace your tag number.

13. Vehicles must conform to Fast Track car wash standards. Modifications to an existing customer’s vehicle that are outside of Fast Track car wash standards may require program termination. Please see location manager for details and confirmation that vehicle meets standards.

14. Tag numbers remain the exclusive property of Fast Track car wash and must be surrendered upon request. In the event that windshield tag number sticker is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, program participation will be immediately terminated without refunds.

15. Customer is allowed to upgrade their “unlimited pass” wash to a special service or package wash, by paying the difference between the “unlimited pass” wash and the special services or package requested.

17. No other coupons or special offers may be combined with the unlimited car wash program at any time.

18. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. If we provide notice of a pricing change, you must cancel by your Plan anniversary date to avoid further charges.

19. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

20. Fast Track car wash reserves the right to terminate any unlimited pass or the program at any time without notice.

21. No refunds for days that a Fast Track location closes early or does not open due to weather or equipment maintenance.

22. This Unlimited Wash Plan is for personal use only, not for taxis or app based transportation services such as but not limited to Uber®, Lyft®, limousine, dealership or commercial use.
